Would you like to know what type of people train in Aikido?
The funny thing I find in life is that the same type of people that engage in education and personal development activities try many different things.
Many people that practise martial arts are the same type of people that will be already doing some kind of fitness activity or another endeavour involving developing their body in some way.
A lot of people that do Aikido are the same type of people that may already have practised other martial arts.
Many have practised yoga, tai chi or another related discipline involving the mind, body and spirit.
Some are people that have experience with forms of meditation and breathwork practices.
Some have an interest in Japanese culture.
There tends to be a spread from students to professionals and everything in between. Parents, grandparents, married and single people.
There’s a good gender balance in the clubs usually.
Generally though, many practitioners will have some desire to improve their health and well being in some way and may already been on that path in other ways for years.
If you’d like to learn more then why not come along to our session tonight.
We still have some spaces for a few extra people to join us.
We start at 7.30pm and end at 8.30pm. The venue is the Palace Of Art.
Keep Extending Ki,
