Class Location: Palace Of Art (1121, Paisley Road West, Glasgow).
Class Time: 7.30pm to 8.30pm
Dress Code: If you are coming to visit the class or would like to watch you are welcome to turn up in a martial arts gi or loose training clothes.
Age: Currently, we only host an adult class. The appropriate age is 16 +
