Can Aikido training give you more energy?
There are a few ways in which this is the case:
As a cardio vascular exercise, Aikido can help us develop our fitness.
The more frequently and longer that we train the more this can be the case.
Become more fit gives us a sense of having more energy as we develop the bodies ability to cope with the physical stresses of the day. Our body becomes more efficient and this overally leads to a greater sense of energy.
Aikido training will also help with promoting good circulation and oxygen flow throughout the body. This helps to improve energy levels as our oxygenation becomes more efficient.
At the same time, Aikido training can help us to learn to relax more.
Perhaps this can lead to using up less unnecessary energy.
The meditation side, with our Ki Breathing practise is said to help rejuvenate our Ki.
Many people can experiences feeling of rejuvenation or clarity after practising Ki Breathing.
Deep, relaxed breathing helps to improve our lung function helping to contribute to a more sustained sense of energy throughout the day.
Many people have said they came to the class feeling tired and were energised afterwards.
